Emerald Group of Companies was founded in early 2000, marking the start of a new millennium and bringing to fruition a long-awaited vision of its founder and CEO, Roksoliana Klaudia Melnyk.
With a diverse background across a range of disciplines including corporate structuring and fiduciary services, trade activities (oil & gas, heavy machinery, metals, and commodities), elite real estate investments, plane and yacht acquisitions, and wide range of experience working with international banks, Roksoliana set-up Emerald Group of Companies to fulfill market demand for a high quality, value-added and independent corporate services & advisory firm in Cyprus.
Emerald Group’s hand-picked team of specialists have been part of the company for over a decade now. Each member of the team bears an impressive professional background and has executed deals of significant capacity during their career.
Since its inception, Emerald Group of Companies can now boast an impressive, international portfolio of clients from over ten industries, with annual revenues ranging between 1 million to 1 billion. Over the last two decades Emerald Group of Companies has provided world-class level of professionalism, being one of the first firms of its kind in Cyprus.

On its 20-year anniversary, during the rather challenging year of 2020, Emerald Group of Companies, in line with its constant commitment to innovation, has launched a rebranding project to enhance its brand identity and to better express the company vision, culture and activities. The group plans to improve its communication and engagement with its clientele, to reinforce its team’s strength by adding new executives and to develop new products and services.
